Try This : Steamed Lasagna

Lasagna or Lasagne is a pasta baked in the oven and is a traditional Italian meal. Lasagna itself is literally lasagne that contains meat. Lasagna itself can be filled with many other stuffing such as meat, vegetables, chicken, seafood and so on according to taste. 
Lasagna skin is made from flour dough that after being stuffed, then baked until done.

 Steamed Lasagna

Leather Material Steamed Lasagna Recipe:
  • 75 grams of steamed potatoes, mashed
  • 75 grams of wheat flour, make sure that you use is medium protein flour because it affects the results
  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml of liquid milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Lasagna Sauce Recipe Material:
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onion, roughly chopped
  • 100 grams of ground chicken
  • 2 carrots (100 grams), diced or to taste, then boiled until tender but not too soft
  • 2 grated tomatoes (200 grams)
  • 125 grams of tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
  • 300 ml of water
  • 2-3 tablespoons margarine / cooking oil for sauteing


Cheese Sauce Recipe Lasagne Potatoes:
  1. 2 tablespoons of wheat flour the same as those in the leather material are of medium protein
  2. 250 ml of liquid milk
  3. 25 grams of grated cheddar cheese
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  6. 1 tablespoon of margarine or butter for sauteing




How To Treat Lasagne Recipe:
  • Skin lasagna: stir all the ingredients available in the skin of lasagna. Then make a dessert with teflon or a flat pan. then set aside briefly.
  • Sauces: heat oil. Saute garlic and onions until the aroma is fragrant. then Enter the ground chicken. then Stir until it changes color. then add the carrots. Stir again until blended.
  • Add other ingredients such as pepper, salt, tomato, ketchup and sugar while stirring. then Pour water bit by bit. then Cook until thick.
  • Set a piece of oval heat-resistant skin that has been smeared with margarine. then flush with the sauce. then lay a piece of skin again above it. and flush the sauce. repeat until the omelette is made out.
  • Cheese sauce: dilute margarine. then add the flour. and stir until grained. then pour the liquid milk slowly while stirring until the flour is dissolved and does not clot.
  • Add shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper powder. then cook until thickened. then pour over the prepared tomato sauce.
  • Put it on a baking sheet with a little water in it. then oven approximately 35 minutes with a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius.
