Carrot Cake Cheese

Cheesecake (Indonesian: "cheesecake") is a cake that is usually eaten as a dessert and is made by mixing soft-textured cheeses, eggs, milk, and sugar. Cheese commonly used to make cheesecake is cream cheese, but can also be used other cheese such as cottage cheese, ricotta, mascarpone, neufchâtel or quark cheese.


Cheesecakes can be filled with graham biscuits, crushed nuts, or other fragile textured ingredients. Although called a cake or sponge, cheesecake is not a kind of sponge cake but can be categorized as a pie or custard is a mixture of eggs and milk baked or cooked with hot water and become thickened by the coagulation process of egg protein.

Carrots can raise the amount of tomato production if planted in your home. If left to flower, carrots will emit herbs that attract predator wasps to come and kill garden pests.

Carrots contain vitamin A which is good for eye health. Eating carrots is good for eyesight, especially for improving long-distance views. In addition to vitamin A, carrots also contain vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, and C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and sodium.


CARROT CAKE CHEESE


Cake ingredients:
  • 150 grams of margarine
  • 50 grams of palm sugar
  • 75 grams of fine sugar
  • 100 grams of carrot, finely shredded
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams of groundnut powder
  • 125 grams of medium protein flour
  • 30 grams of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning spice
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 60 ml of ready-made orange juice 

Substance:
  • 100 grams of buttercream
  • 50 grams cheese spread
  • red cherries, cut into pieces
  • green cherries, cut into pieces

How to make Carrot Cake Cheese, cake recipe:

Cake: 
  • beat margarine, palm sugar, and refined until soft sugar. Enter carrots. Shake well.
  • Add the eggs one by one alternately with some wheat flour while sifted and shaked slowly.
  • Add the remaining wheat flour, cornstarch, speking seasoning, and baking powder while sifted and whisked slowly alternately with apple juice.
  • Pour in a 22x22x4 baking pan with margarine and bakery bread.
  • Oven 30 minutes with temperature 180 degree Celsius until cooked.

Spread: 
  • shake the ingredients until smooth.
  • spread on top of the irregular cake. Cut rectangles.
